What does it understand in a message?
Text in Derja, French or Arabic, photos and screenshots, voice notes, shared posts and product links. If a photo is unclear, it asks for details rather than guessing.
What if I don't have a website?
No problem. Pick “No site: I add my products” and type your products or services with their prices, or import a Google Sheet. Your Facebook or Instagram page is enough.
Does the AI make up prices?
No. Prices, stock and fees come from your catalogue and your settings. A check blocks any reply with a number that is not in your data; if it doesn't know, it passes the question to you.
Does it give promo codes?
Only the ones you choose in your settings. It never promises a discount on its own.
And when a human is needed?
Complaint, refund, damaged or lost parcel: it stops and sends you the customer's number so you can call back.
