Terms of service
1. The service
JAWEBNI is an online service that automatically replies, in Derja, Arabic and French, to the messages a shop receives on Facebook Messenger and Instagram, from the catalogue and settings provided by the shop, and that can record cash-on-delivery orders. The service is intended for professionals (the "Seller"). By creating an account, you accept these terms and our privacy policy.
2. Account and Meta connection
- You must be authorised to administer the Facebook page and the Instagram account you connect.
- The connection is made through Meta's official APIs. You remain bound by Meta's terms for your page; JAWEBNI never asks for your Facebook password.
- You are responsible for keeping your JAWEBNI credentials confidential and for the use made of your account.
3. Free trial and subscription
- Every new account gets a 7-day free trial, with no credit card. One trial per Facebook page or Instagram account: a page that already had its trial does not get a new one with another account. At the end of the trial, the service stops until a subscription is chosen.
- Monthly subscriptions, in Tunisian dinars (TND), with no commitment: Starter 99 DT, Pro 299 DT, Business 999 DT per month, with the number of conversations shown on the Pricing page. Beyond the quota: 10 DT per additional 100 conversations.
- A conversation is a customer who writes to the page and receives at least one reply from JAWEBNI in the day, whatever the number of messages.
- No setup fee, no commission on your sales.
- Prices may change; any change is announced to you at least 30 days in advance and only applies from the following period.
4. Cancellation
You can stop at any time from the app: the service stops at the end of the paid period, at no cost. We may suspend an account in case of non-payment, use contrary to the law or to Meta's rules, or attempted abuse of the service, after warning you when possible.
5. What JAWEBNI does and does not do
- JAWEBNI replies from your data. You are responsible for the accuracy of your catalogue, your prices, your delivery fees and your settings.
- A check blocks replies containing prices or numbers that are not in your data, and JAWEBNI hands over to a human when it does not know. It remains an automated assistant: it can make mistakes. You can re-read and take over every conversation, and you remain responsible for the relationship with your customers and for the orders accepted.
- JAWEBNI neither promises nor grants refunds on behalf of the shop: these requests are passed on to you. It applies the rules (exchanges, payment, delivery, promo codes) you have defined; when a rule is not defined, it checks with you instead of inventing one.
- The automatic analysis suggests settings taken from your own sources (site, page, shop and, with your consent, past conversations). These are suggestions: you are responsible for what you confirm.
- By connecting your shop (Shopify, WooCommerce, PrestaShop, Google Sheet), you authorise JAWEBNI to read your catalogue. Orders are only created in your shop if you enable that option.
- Replies are written by artificial-intelligence models from third-party providers (see the privacy policy).
- You undertake not to use the service to send unsolicited messages, sell illegal products, or mislead your customers.
6. Availability
We do our best to keep the service running continuously, but it depends on Meta, on our hosts and on the AI model providers. Interruptions may occur; we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. A month with a significant interruption caused by JAWEBNI entitles you, on request, to a proportional commercial gesture.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, JAWEBNI's liability towards a Seller is limited to the amount paid by that Seller over the last three months. JAWEBNI is not liable for indirect losses (missed sales, damage to reputation) nor for decisions taken by Meta about your page.
8. Ownership
The service, its name and its logo belong to JAWEBNI. Your data (catalogue, conversations, orders) remains yours; you only authorise us to process it in order to provide the service.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Tunisian law. In case of a dispute, we will first look for an amicable solution; failing that, the courts of Tunis have jurisdiction.
