Which platforms does it work with?
Messenger and Instagram for messages. Your catalog: Shopify, WooCommerce, PrestaShop, Google Sheet, Excel / CSV, or no site at all. WhatsApp and comments are coming soon.
What if I don't have a website?
No problem. Pick “No site: I add my products” and type your products or services with their prices, or import a Google Sheet. Your Facebook or Instagram page is enough.
Does the AI make up prices?
No. Prices, stock and fees come from your catalog and your settings. A checker blocks any reply with a number that is not in your data; if it doesn't know, it passes the question to you.
Can I try it without risk?
Yes. In suggestion mode nothing is sent without your OK: you approve each reply in the app. 7 days free, no credit card.
Is my data safe?
Your keys and tokens are encrypted, and each account only sees its own data. Your customers' names and numbers are masked before any analysis of your past conversations. You can delete everything whenever you want.
What about exchanges or refunds?
It applies your own rules: exchange, refund, payment, delivery, promo codes. If a rule is not set, it does not make one up: it checks with your team.
I'm a doctor, can it take appointments?
It answers questions (fees, address, hours), offers the time slots you set and records the request with the patient's name and phone. Your practice confirms: it does not replace your calendar.
Can I reply myself?
Yes, any time: from the Jawebni app or from your usual Instagram / Messenger inbox. As soon as you write in a conversation, the AI pauses and lets you finish.
How long does setup take?
About 5 minutes: connect your page and your shop, the AI reads your info, you confirm, test and activate. No developer, no agency.
Is my page at risk?
Jawebni is connected through Meta's official API (Messenger and Instagram), with your authorization. It never asks for your password and does not automate your account behind your back.
Does it reply to comments too?
Soon: this feature is waiting for Meta's approval. A “price?” under your post will get a short public reply, and the details will go out as a private message.
Can I send a promo to all my customers on WhatsApp?
Soon: the WhatsApp module is being tested. It will send your offers only to customers who agreed, with Meta-approved templates. Meta bills each message on top of your plan; the cost will be shown before sending.
What counts as a "conversation"?
A customer writing to you, whatever the number of messages exchanged that day. Messages you answer yourself don't count.
How do I stop?
Whenever you want, from the app, with no commitment. You disconnect your page and your data is deleted on request (see the Data deletion page).
