Connect First Delivery and ship in one click

Connect First Delivery

1. Ask First Delivery for your API token (your sales contact or their support).
2. In JAWEBNI: Orders / Appointments › Couriers card › Manage couriers.
3. Open First Delivery (“Available”), paste the token in Courier access (API token) and click Save. It is encrypted and never shown again.
4. Click Test connection: “Connection OK ✓”.
5. Pick Tell the customer when it ships: No, Message to approve (it lands in Messages, you send it in one click) or Auto-send. Then Make default.

Ship an order

1. Open a confirmed order and click Ship.
2. Check the Consignee (name, phone, address, city, governorate) and the To collect (COD) amount. If the city is not recognised, pick it from the list.
3. Click Confirm shipment: “Parcel created ✓”. Nothing is sent to the courier before you confirm.

First Delivery accepts at most 999 DT to collect, delivery included.

Tracking

In the order, Tracking block: tracking number, status (Waiting for pickup, In transit, Delivered, Returned…), Refresh, Label and Cancel parcel (only before pickup).

Other couriers

soon Aramex, Rapid-Poste, Navex, Intigo and JAX Delivery show “Soon”: you can already save your access details, they will be switched on as soon as possible.
