Prepare your table
Download the template with Download the template (CSV), or keep your own table: one row per product (or per variant).
| Column | Example |

tailles (sizes) | 40, 41, 42 · S M L · 40-45 |
couleurs (colours) | Black, White |
stock | empty (not tracked) · 12 · yes / no · sold out |
photo, lien (link) | https://… |
catégorie, description | Skin care |
Headers in French, English or Arabic are recognised. Three decimals = millimes: 1.200 = 1.2 DT. 5,000 rows max.
Google Sheet
- In Google Sheets: Share › General access › Anyone with the link › Viewer. For another tab, open it before copying the link.
- In JAWEBNI, Google Sheet / Excel card, Google Sheet tab: paste your Google Sheet link and click Show preview.
- Columns step: check the column of each field (“name” and “price” are required).
- Read the summary “N rows ready · N to fix”, then Import N products.
Changed your Sheet? Click Resync. If the Sheet turns private, empty or loses its columns, your catalog is never wiped: the error is shown.
Excel or CSV file
- Excel / CSV file tab: Choose a file (.xlsx or .csv, from your phone or computer).
- Same preview, same columns, then Import N products.
The old .xls format is not read: save it as .xlsx or .csv. A file does not resync: upload it again after your changes.
A price is never made up
A row without a valid price (empty, 0, text, a range like “30-40”…) stays out with its row number. Fix it in your table, then resync or upload the file again.
