Before you start
- You must be an admin of the Facebook page.
- For Instagram: your account must be professional (Business or Creator) and linked to your Facebook page. It is then connected together with the page.
- JAWEBNI never asks for your Facebook password. You give Meta a permission that you can withdraw at any time.
Steps
- Create your JAWEBNI account (email and password, or Facebook). You land in the setup chat, which asks you to connect your page.
- Click Continue with Facebook. Meta opens a window asking permission to read and answer your page's messages.
- Pick the page to connect in the list, then approve.
- You are back in JAWEBNI: your page name is shown. If your Instagram is linked, it shows too.
Change page, disconnect, reconnect
In the Assistant tab, step “Connect your page”, you will find Change page, Disconnect and Reconnect Facebook. Reconnect if the app says “Page not connected: reconnect Facebook”.
A page can be connected to only one JAWEBNI workspace at a time. If you see “already connected to another workspace”, the page is used in another account.
