Review what the AI found

Run the analysis

1. In the setup chat, step Shop analysis (or later Assistant › Info › Run the analysis again).
2. If you want, tick Learn from my past conversations. Read-only: your customers' names, numbers and addresses are masked before any analysis.
3. Click Analyse my shop. You see the progress: reading your Facebook page and Instagram, your site, your store settings, your past conversations.

“Here is what I found”: one card per fact

Delivery fee, free delivery from, delivery time, delivery areas, exchange / returns, payment, hours, address, phone, Instagram, Google Maps link. Each card shows the value, the source and the quoted sentence, with a label:

• Found in N sources or Official source (your store settings): very reliable.
• 1 source: check it.
• Conflict: two sources disagree. They are shown side by side: click Pick on the right one.
• Not found: the AI does not guess.

For each card: Confirm, Edit or Ignore. Confirm all (N) only takes facts found in 2 sources or more.

A number is only suggested if it is written in the source. Example: “Delivery 8 DT” gives 8 DT; never an inferred or rounded amount.

FAQ and style

• Frequent questions found: tick the ones the assistant may reuse, then Add to the FAQ (N). An answer containing an amount is never suggested.
• Your way of replying (with past conversations): your greeting, emojis, length, phrases. Use my style to apply it.

What is missing

Click Continue: the facts not found are asked one at a time. Skip if you do not know: the assistant will never make it up, it will hand over.

Good to know

• 3 analyses per day at most.
• In Assistant › Info, confirmed fields carry a “found automatically” tag.
• Reading past conversations depends on a Meta permission under review. If you see a missing Meta permission, the rest of the analysis still works.
