What JAWEBNI uses
- For you: your account, your connected page, your catalog and settings. Your past conversations are only read if you explicitly allow it, to learn your style.
- For your customers: the content of messages received by your page (text, photos) and, if they order, name, phone and delivery address.
- JAWEBNI only uses Meta's official APIs. It never asks for your Facebook password.
What JAWEBNI does not do
- No advertising, no selling of data.
- No sharing between shops: a shop never sees another shop's data.
Where and how long
- Hosted at Cloudflare, Western Europe region.
- To draft a reply, the message text (and the photo, if the customer sends one) is sent to an AI model provider, without name, phone or address when the reply does not need them.
- Conversations and orders: kept while your account is active, deleted at the latest 30 days after the account is closed or the page is disconnected.
- Meta access token: deleted immediately when you disconnect your page.
Delete your data
Three ways: email [email protected] (subject “Data deletion”), from Facebook (Apps and websites → JAWEBNI → Remove), or by disconnecting your page. Full steps are on the Data deletion page.
Your rights (access, rectification, objection, deletion) are described in the privacy policy, under Tunisian law 2004-63.
